All of our items are handmade and customized specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds at this time.

Once an order is placed, fulfillment begins immediately and customizations are applied. Because of this, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once this process has begun.

We understand that mistakes can happen, so we do allow order cancellations within 1 hour of the purchase time. Please note that:

• Not all cancellation requests are guaranteed.

• We try to ship orders as soon as possible, so please double-check your order before submitting.
