Processing Time
All orders are carefully processed and packaged by hand. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. As a handmade shop, each item is made and packed with extra care — thank you for your patience!
Shipping Carriers
We ship all orders via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders $50 and over! Orders under $50 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled. You can use this number on the USPS tracking page to check the status of your shipment.
Important Notes
- Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- Lost or stolen packages: Once a package has been handed off to USPS, we are not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. Please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
- Carrier damage: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@shoplunabeam.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will do our best to help.
